Do you want to give tangible physical form to your photographs?  Do you want to ensure your designs, photos and artworks look just as amazing in print as on-screen? The workshop Digital Printing Fundamentals – From Screen to Paper will give you the opportunity to learn the essentials of the digital imaging process on whatever printer you may have. The important aspects of preparing an image for inkjet printing will be covered in detail. The workshop is designed to take the complexity and frustration out of printing, whether you’re just getting started or want to take your printing skills further.  Printing your own work is a rich and rewarding experience that adds to your creative potential and we will work on making your images come to life, from processing to final print.  In this hands-on learning experience, you will learn how to transform your digital files into something you can hold and touch, something to be proud of.  Tom Turner will be giving each student their own Hahnemühle sample packet of paper, which will allow each student to develop a better understanding of printing on different surfaces.
